Today, we arrived in Orlando Florida! Despite the bad weather in both Kansas City and Orlando, the plane ride was "smooth and creamy"! We took a shuttle all around Orlando to drop people off and finally arrived at the Holiday Inn SunSpree hotel across the street from our check-in tomorrow. It has been surreal! To see at the parks and realize that I am actually MOVING here. We went to Wendy's for dinner and saw several Disney Cast Members IN their costumes! Weird! Then we got stuck in Wendy's for a while because of torrential downpour and lightning! Now I am sitting in the hotel, sleepy, and excited for our day tomorrow!

2 Days to Blast-Off!

Hello Friends and Family! This is Ashley's official Disney College Program Blog to keep you all posted on my goings-on while in Florida. Check back often for news and pictures of the fun I'll be having! I fly to Orlando this Sunday (Yikes!) and check-in to the program on Monday morning. I'll make a post as soon as I can to say where I am working and where I am living!

Dreams really CAN come true, this has always been a wish of mine to work at the Happiest Place on Earth. I am BEYOND excited for this!
